Our knowledge base lies in the "EPLAN Platform 2024" engineering tool. Macro-guided design using EPLAN Cogineer, recurring use and optimised interaction of the software with the downstream production steps form a "360° all-round" package.

Engineering

Using "ProPanel" (EPLAN), the control cabinet assemblies are designed in 2D or 3D for control and switchgear construction. This NC data is automatically implemented in our Steinhauer machining centre for the mechanical activities.

Für die Verdrahtung der Schaltschränke werden die Daten aus „ProPanel“ Routing genutzt um Kabelsätze inkl. Beschriftung automatisiert zu erstellen. Fertigungszeiten werden bis zu 75% reduziert. Unser Kabelbearbeitungscenter PWB6000 ist auf die meisten Anforderungen vorbereitet.

Switch cabinet production

The actual wiring of the control cabinets is carried out using the prefabricated cable sets. Errors during assembly and wiring are minimised.
